Integrated Master of Science in Computer Science

Introduction:

The Integrated Master of Science in Computer Science degree allows students to gain the skills needed to pursue a career as an information and computer scientist. It allows students to further develop their understanding of programming and other fundamentals of computer science. This program is designed for those who have a diploma/degree in a computer-related subject.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Diploma (Computer Science/electrical/Electronic sciences) with min. of 2 years of relevant experience
  • B. Sc. (non electrical stream)
  • B. Sc. in Electronics/Computer Science / BCA can be directly admitted to III semester

Teaching Methodology:

The courses will have regular classroom lectures every Saturday / Sunday for 8 hours. Apart from classroom lectures the other integral parts of the course are regular seminars, assignments and project work.

Course Structure:

The course comprises of four semesters of 6 months each. The first two semesters are classroom lecture based and the last two semesters are allocated to project work, which has to undertaken by the candidate at the workplace/organization that nominates the candidate.
