Integrated Master of Science in Microelectronics :
Introduction: The world of Microelectronics
is a complete mesh of the high technology, big money and as often as not, intense
political activity. The Integrated Circuit, in all of its varied forms, has become
a central feature of contemporary industrial life. It is also a rapidly changing
sector, both industrially and technologically. The program is designed for those
who have degree/ diploma in electrical/ electronics/ computer science related
subjects.
Eligibility Criteria: Diploma
(Electronic Science) With Minimum of 2 years of relevant
Experience
BSc in Electronic / Computer Science /BCA can be directly
admitted to 3rd semester (BSc with mathematics' one
of the paper )

Flexible format to suit the convenience of working professionals:
Breaks & transfer:
A student is allowed to take short and long term breaks as per the requirement of his job. In addition, in the event of job transfer a candidate can continue the same program at any of the following locations; Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. For details on transfer and break guidelines click here
Nomination Letter:
A candidate needs to submit a nomination letter from his current organization as he/she needs to use the company’s physical and other facilities for conducting the project work. A company nominating a candidate does not in any case means that the candidate is being sponsored by it. Click here for the format of nomination letter.
Project Guidelines:
Project work forms an integral part of the program. For details on project guidelines click here.
Attendance:
Students need to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for appearing for exams. Students who miss classes while on company’s assignment can avail exemption on missed classes by producing a written document/letter from the company. In such cases the minimum attendance required per subject cannot be less than 50% and the average attendance in the semester has to be 60%. If the above criteria is not met the candidate can take exams only for those subjects with attendance of 75% and above.
Evaluation System:
